

Giles Blunt's first John Cardinal novel, Forty Words for Sorrow, won Britain's Silver Dagger Award. The Delicate Storm won Canada's Arthur Ellis Award, for which the third novel, Blackfly Season, was also a finalist. The fourth entry in the series, By The Time You Read This, was shortlisted for the Gold Dagger. His next book is a crime novel set in the US, called No Such Creature, due out from Random House in the fall.
